Twin Cities Acuras
Installed them today and I like it a lot.. The back lights were a PITA to remove, but finally got them out and the new ones in. Overall, I am extremely happy with them. The green turned out awesome as well
So winter is coming up quick, and I'm looking for a set of dedicated winter tires... I have a set of wheels coming for the Spring and am going to put summer tires on there, so this set will be strictly for winter use only... Any suggestions? Also, what size should I run for them? They will be sitting on my stock 17's

I was looking at these today actually. I was debating between Blizzaks and Continental DWS.. Blizzak is the dedicated snow tire, but figured the DWS would be a good substitute at a frickin awesome price.. the blizzaks were like $185 each and the DWS were $125 a piece.. Sizable difference in pricing for 4 tires
Oh and looks like I'm picking up a set of wheels for next summer... got a buddy selling them cheap and I can't pass it up.. assuming fitment is good, and they look good on the car, i'm gonna pick them up.. they are MB Weapons, 18's wrapped in 235/45 tires. pretty much a replica of some work tires, but they look pretty nice. here is what they look like
You should look into Rota Grids. https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=807669 Post #20

I like MB Battles on a TL depending on rim color to match car.
If your a fan of concave, ever thought of looking into some XXR's?
These are all cheap knock-off brands that will do just as good for the time being unless you want to go all out with Volks, SSR, etc.

Well I already had a set of Enkei Gun Metal EKM3's on order, but for the price of these, I'll cancel my order and wait on them.
These just came out of the blue and are insanely cheap and come with new tires... got a buddy just looking to get some quick cash.
I don't need a "name brand" set of wheels, as long as they look good. I am going to put these on my car next Tuesday to see how they fit and look so we'll see. just wanted to get some opinions beforehand

As far as size goes i stretched the 215's on my 08 wheels and that worked good smaller contact patch for deep snow, but your stock size would be good to.

Not so BLING BLING but tasteful. I have tried 3 different sets on my TL, I had a set of Hankook I Pike's in 215/50R17, then switched to a set of Dunlop Winter Sport 3D in 235/45R17, and ended up with Blizzak WS-50 back in the 215/50R17. The I Pikes were ok, they handled ice great, but seemed to lack deep snow traction. The Dunlops were my least fav. i had problems with keeping them balanced, they would develop high spots and cause a shake. So i switched to the blizzak's, after running these i won't buy any other snow tire. They handle great on ice and deep snow. The only down side to the blizzaks is Price and they are a little noisy.

lets just say I might not come Back.
Just kidding.
Will there be a fall get together? Between getting home projects finished before the snow flies, coaching my kids hockey team and work....I haven't had time to do chit

You know Mo too? Yeah, he asked me this week if I wanted to buy them, so I told him I would. He's a good guy. You ever go to the RK meets with him?
Jorge, how long are going to be out of commission for your knee surgery? I'm sure we can figure something out before it gets too cold... Maybe meet up before RK on the 10th and cruise there? or a weekend get together/BBQ?
Is anybody interested in any parts off my car? I'm going a different route with things so I need a clean slate to start from.
