Aspec rear lip dilemma

Jumping on a GB for the aspec lip kit for my 3G TL. However, the rear lip is no longer available in that color. My thought is to get the kit, have them ship the rear lip in a different color, and just repaint the rear lip to match.

It is worth the hassle, meaning will the TL look good w/ just the front lip and side skirts? Any recommendation on where to get it repainted in KC? Thoughts on other alternatives?

I can't get over the fact that there's more exterior aftermarket options for my S2k than the 3G TL... There's sooo many 3G TL's out there, you would think more vendors will jump on replicas and what not

http://bfbodyworks.com In Olathe did a great job after my incident at matching the paint on my CBP. They aren't the cheapest by any means but I thoroughly believe you get what you pay for.

What color you need it painted?

I need the kit in the Redondo Red. I've heard great things from them as well. Thanks!

When I worked briefly for GMAC I had the opportunity to hear Bryan Nesbitt (the exterior guy) speak. One of the kernels of knowledge he passed on to us was the fact that all that external cladding and body kit BS just makes the car slower. Hence the straight lines on his designs.

No doubt about them making the car slower. I'm not planning on tracking or drag racing in this thing (that's what the S2k is for). Just wanna look good in my daily commute and separate myself from the sea of TL's in my area.

The lip fits like a glove, and the lines flow so nicely w/ the body. OEM FTW on this one!
