Matt, how far is Pittsburgh from you? And how far are you willing to drive?

Chris, the 21st is better for me, as I said in the PM.

Tyler, I'm about 4 and a half hours from Pittsburgh, but wouldn't mind driving that far at all. The Celica really doesn't mind a few miles.

Last time poor tyler had to drive 2 hrs, and then another 2 hr cruise to the meet/shoot location in Eerie. Either that or Cranberry quaker works for me as well, or we could head more toward Youngstown/Cleveland to make it easier for you guys. I PM'd this link to like 30 people and so far it's just us and maybe mcajka

Bob, I'm thinking of having the meet in Boardman Ohio, it's half way between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. There's a mall area and a number of restaurants where we could meet, and there's a couple of parks around the mall area. I think this would be a good area to meet since it's half way and should hopefully be a bit closer for Matt since he's gonna be driving quite some distance. Thoughts?

Like I said via PM, Chris, that location should work fine. Depending on where we're meeting in that town, it should be around 4.5 hours or so. Nothing too bad... And that's the weekend before my sister leaves for college, so I'm good

I was wanting to travel to the amusement park in Northern Ohio this year anyways, and this seems to be quite close to there.
So let me know the time and date forsure when you figure it out, so i can look into booking a few days off work and plan the 20+ hour drive to meet some of the AZine members here
... and i'm not forsure coming, but this seems like a better plan than just sticking around here all summer, plus the cl is begging for some more mileage to be put on her

perfect, yeah i really want to, all depends on my boss right now, i'm going to ask him when i see him in the office, so hopefully early next week.
since it's a 20 hour drive, i'm probably going to ask for a few days to a week off, so we'll see what he says.
but i'll be sure to let you guys know if i get the go ahead and start to plan it out.
for now it's a whole day type thing for saturday, or atleast afternoon till night sometime?

correct, I will hopefully be driving out with some pittsburgh people, and Matt will possibly be coming back our way as well for drinks and to crash at my place.

Yeah, Chris, I'm pretty game for whatever drive-wise at this point. The Celica got 40mpg today driving up to the Chicago area. That was a good drive being ~9.5 hours in the car over the last 2 days. Good thing I enjoy the audio setup in it, or I'd be going crazy...

If anyone has a buddy and DSLR camera, I'll offer my car as the platform to take pics from. It'll be the only POS there, so no need for rolling shots of it. Plus we'd be able to get shots of every other car at 1 time, rather than having to switch the camera car out to get pics of it. Just an idea.

And Mitch, it'll be nice to finally get to meet you buddy.

I started putting the CL back together, got about halfway to where it should be to be consistently road worthy. I'd like to get a bit more done on it, but I doubt that'll happen. Not enough time or enough money. I may add a bit of a system into the CL. If I don't sell my subs, that is.
