Prince George's Stadium Bowie Baysox
*Almost 2000 parking spots
Directions to Bowie Baysox Layout of the meet
*Expect heavy traffic, we are sorry for this inconvenience and will be trying to move people in/out of the meet as quickly as possible*

Sunday, April 29th, 2012
Time
Noon, 12:00 pm.
We usually start packing things up at 6pm
Food
Food will be served by the Baysox stadium staff. It will be typical grill food (burgers/hotdogs).
Dyno
• $80 for 2 - 3 baseline pulls w/ A/F and printout. FWD or RWD only
• If you are interested in dynoing your car, please send an email to collegeparktuning@gmail.com or follow this Dyno Signup. We are trying to have people pre-register for the dyno.
Basic Rules
1. Be respectful of other peoples cars. Please do not touch a persons car without their consent
2. No alcohol
3. No scandalous attire (this is a family event)
4. Chairs are permitted everywhere but no taking up parking spaces with them
5. No saving spaces (group or forum contacts us before hand at collegeparktuning@gmail.com if you would like to organize rolling in as a group and have a select number of spots reserved)
6. No burnouts or anything stupid. Police will be at the event and cameras are rolling 24/7 at Bowie

Depending on traffic on our way to the stadium, will we take either exit 11 or exit 13.
Everyone should be at Kohls BY 11:30AM . WE ARE DIPPING OUT AT 11:45AM SHARP.

Reserving Space ( Attn: Acurazine )
The people have spoken and if you want to reserve space for your club or group you need to contact us ASAP and give us an accurate head count by April 22nd. We require the entrance fee of $3 per car paid in advance when reserving spaces, but we ensure that clubs get a set amount of spaces together and we will give those clubs priority admittance.

I should be good to go for this one. Would be my first meet! If I went though a few of my friends might go as well (2 tC's, Evo, VW). What should I do about where they would park?

I updated the first post with some info about a meet spot. Im going to set up a DnB White Flint leg. Those who want to join me for the caravan to MFRI let me know so I know how many people to expect and put you on the list. Those traveling from Va and other places, have someone around the area be your leg leader.. In the end we will all meet at MFRI ( before 11:30, we are leaving there 11:30SHARP) as Acurazine

Anyways, Check with melvin2816 ( he's like a leg leader for the VA guys ) or zain22150 since he wants to have the VA guys meet at Tysons Mall

Anyone around that area know of places where we all can meet up?
Im still up for DnB (white flint) Leg. Anyone who wants to meet up with me there so we can go together, is still scheduled at same time. Ill be there at 10AM Sharp. Now we just need to find 1 spot near the stadium so we can all group up.
Aaron, you should coordinate with oscar because coming to DnB wont be a good idea for you since you will be coming 95south past the stadium to come to DnB, only to drive back up again to the meet lol. Looks like it should take you BMORE guys 30mins.

I live up the street from Bowie. Trying to maneuver through the parking lot where the sports authrority is will be difficult. Shoot trying to maneuver through Bowie in general will be difficult. I'll try and think of some spots for us to meet that dont have stops signs and short lights.
