Acura mechanic for 105K service/timing belt?

I'm looking for a less expensive alternative to the dealer for 2004 Acura TL 105K service including timing/belt and associated parts in the NoVA area.

Is Sterling close to you, then I can hook up with pretty decent workshop and clean work, you'll remember.

^ I've never met any other aziners in Loudoun. Where are you in Sterling?

+1 for NVA-AV6. He's a very good friend of mine.

Hi, newbie here. I'm basically looking for the same thing. 105k service. I recently bought a 2004 TL and one of the pre-sale conditions was the service "at dealer cost". That came out to basically $1200 for the timing kit plus waterpump, spark plugs, oil and coolant change. No valve adjustment tho. Is it worth sticking with a dealer for this or are there any good private shops in the area that I can go to? Also the dealer won't allow me to buy my own parts (Gates kit from rockauto for example) and have them install. I'm in Springfield but I'm willing to go just about anywhere in the area for good work at a good price. Thanks in advance.

NVA-AV6, an option is the Honda dealer (Hamilton Honda) in NJ if you're up for the drive. The dealer did my Timing Belt/Water Pump and rest of stuff (Plugs etc..) was done by NVA-AV6 including a 3x3.
