Things to be aware of..
CarFax shows 1 accident; from looking it over and after the dealer checked it it looks like a headlight was replaced and possibly the bumper cover; front left fender still has factory stamp, sticker, none of the seams appear to have been touched. No frame damage, no systems broken.

The clutch is showing signs of wear; it drives fine but it will need to be replaced at some point. I have a SPEC Stage 2 Clutch for it and the TSK-3 replacement bearing [resolved a factory design issue], however I haven't had it replaced yet because i'm not sure if I want to resurface the factory flywheel or get a SPEC lightweight fly wheel.

The tires have some tread left, but they are 5 years old and probably need to be replaced before the winter season, and the previous owner did some curb damage to the right rear rim.

Please let me know your thoughts/comments!

Free bump.

Sucks about you having to sell the Subie. I understand your situation, though. We are making some changes ourselves, and I don't expect to be in the area much past next spring. Most likely we'll end up back in Sacra-tomato.

Are you replacing it with anything "new"?

Not anywhere in the future, we'll stick with the one car... our goal is to get back to Sacramento as well, the commute has worn on us and all of our friends are there.. Sucks to say "let's go to dinner..... we'll be there in 45 minutes"
