new plugs made my car 1 sec slower help!!

I recently put new plugs in my Acura RSX Type S 2006 their boss platinum iridium plugs I took the stock ones out and now my car went from running a 15.1@92mph to 16.1@85mph. I guess go back to cheap plugs? Is this normal?
