I believe that is the oil pressure sending unit, P/N 37240-PT0-014.

 

oil pressure sending unit, had to replace mine.. oh and do not buy the aftermarket it will be a waste of time.. has to be oem.. within 2 months the aftermarket one was bad.. pay the extra couple of bucks and get the OEM well worth it.

 

oil pressure sending unit monitors oil pressure and if it would get too low thats what kicks on your "dummy" light on your dash, i believe...
