Exclamation HELP! 02 RSX with Lighting Issues and New Headlights/Taillights

hey hopefully someone can help with this..

I have a 2002 Acura RSX and about a week ago I put on new aftermarket taillights. no problem.
yesterday I received the headlights in the mail and started to install them. well that's when the trouble started..

the right headlight worked no problem but the left headlight was very very dim and almost looked dead. Then I noticed my taillights were not working. When I turned on my running lights nothing happens. However, when I put it in reverse the red brake lights worked.

I have checked the fuses both under the dash and under the hood and they seem to be in working order. Also all the bulbs have been checked and are not damaged. what could the issue be? this has been a real pain to try to figure out. help please!

Have you asked the seller about it?

Did you buy this new or used? I'm assuming there can be multiple reasons why this may not be working. Can't really tell what's going on just by reading your post though. Maybe post some pictures so others can chime in?

I bought the headlights new on eBay. they are JDM. the taillights are new as well and we're bought off of eBay (worked fine until yesterday) and are made by DEPO. and what would you like a picture of? here's one of the headlights and taillights.

could it be something on my car? I need to have it working for work. also my dash does not even light up when I turn on the lights. I was reading things and could the headlight switch or main relay switch cause this?

the weird thing is that that the blinkers work on both sides and the taillight back and brake light work as well so I'm thinking maybe one of the filament was bad? so I'm getting new headlight bulbs and taillight bulbs and hoping that the issue is solved. any other suggestions if that's not it? a relay possibly? fuses are good. and also the dash light is not working and the dimmer is all the way up where it should be..

ok I replaced the headlight bulb and still no difference. they are working but not very bright at all on the one side. doesnt make any sense to me? right side is super bright and left is not bright and yellowish. both are new and H1 bulbs. as far as the taillights go they still do not work when in park but the blinkers, brake light and reverse lights still work. someone please help me out here. and also my dash gauge light is not bright or lit at all. checked the fuse for it and it was good.
