When I’m driving i hear a glunk noise when my Acura is shifting gears, I seen that inmost common case is transmission fluid is low, so my question is around how many miles is it recommended to change the transmission fluid or drain it for a new one?

Your owner's manual should tell you the amount of trans fluid for your car. Since you didn't tell us what car you have, we can't help. Usually it's about 3.5-4 quarts

From what I've found, 6.7 quarts for the 2.0, 5 speed auto.

 

This is capacity, but this guy says 3 3/4 quarts.
