Transmission fluid change

So I'm thinking about doing a transmission fluid change in my 05 TL. I bought the car almost 2 years ago with 150000 miles. I now have any 171000. I have no clue if tranny fluid has ever been changed so I'm a little worried about doing this I have read about doing it with the redline racing fluid. Any suggestions?

Do a 1x3 drain and fill. Slowly intro the new fluid. Then do another 1x3 at the next oil change. Repeat again. Change the 3rd and 4th pressure switches.

What's the condition of the current fluid? Any burnt smell?

The color is pretty brown. Not really smelling burnt though. Which fluid to you do you think is the best to use? I have heard about changing those switches

Different opinions on this site regarding fluid. I personally use Honda DW-1.

If you're doing the full 1x3 a couple of times, thus a lot of wasted fluid, I would stick with OE. But that's just me and I personally don't own an automatic.

I've had DW-1 and Redline D4 ATF in my transmission, prefer the shift feel of D4.

Mdx 2020 hybrid

hello. I bought a car with 80,000 miles on it. The oil in the transmission was changed at 66,000 miles, according to carfax. I drove 1,000 miles and the transmission started jerking at about 1,600 rpm. Where to look for the cause? Should I change the oil? Please let me know.

Another question is whether the filter in the transmission should be replaced?
