My 2020 ILX A-Spec gave me an intermittent problem and no always but I don't know what to do if suddenly won't start anymore.
When I hit the Start button normally the lights are on and then crank and start, but when the problem happens just make a click and whole the light goes off and after start making a weak noise. I try to start again but the Start button is off.
I need to wait and once I let rest I try again and sometimes the lights come back and start normal as like no problem, I don't get any display error and the car runs normal.
Does anybody had the same issue on the past and what do you suggest me to do?

 

I just want to mention, when I push the Start button is like the system protect by itself and everything died, no lights inside including the Start button and outside, then begins to make a weak clicking sometimes if I depress the brake stop making the noise.
So, I have to wait some time and the car start again once the inside light are on and the Start button is lighted, but the lights come back in full before to start the car.

 

I would assume it close to the end of warranty on it. I would drive it straight to the dealer if you are able to get it to start.

 

SOLVED: I'm happy to tell you after clean the battery terminals and fill with distilled water needed was enough to fix my problem. Now, I know if this happen again I just need to replace the battery. As personal experience my first reaction to solve the problem was thinking that something wrong with the computer car was wrong, because when I purchased the car I had to clean the positive terminal battery of sulfur builded. However wasn't enough. I hope this feedback help others with similar problems.
