Broken Plastic under seats

Has anyone seen broken plastic under the front seats? i was wondering if these are heat ducts to the back seats. Both of mine are broken.

I have the same issue too. I can hear the underseat duct make cracking noise when pressed on. But i dont see any broken plastic.
