Just got done changing the valve cover gasket, spark plugs and engine air filter in my ILX. No codes prior to the work, but after puting everything back I'm getting a check engine light with the message "Check Emissions System". My suspicion is that the sensors didnt like being unplugged when I took the valve cover off. The only other possibility that I can think of is that the gap on the new spark plugs is too small and it's tripping the emissions system. I dont think its the MAF, but is there anything else anyone can think of? And if so hopefully easy fixes? TIA!
