Misfire on all 6 cylinders

I have a 2000 Acura TL that is misfiring on all 6 cylinders and the check engine light is on.
I replaced all 6 spark plugs and the coils.
What else could cause the misfire codes.

What codes are triggering the check engine light?

EGR passages might need to be cleaned.
take the top plenum cover off of the intake manifold and see how bad the carbon build up is.
