I suppose the plugs are something really, really great, but what type of plugs did they sell you? I'm curious, since most plugs cost $2, with the platinum costing about $4.50 or so. Even with a dealer markup, I'd be curious to see what plugs they are. Most seem to be NGK sourced.

they had 2 models, one that had the special "technology" where it stores some power and gives more of a big bang. BUT I did read that a lot of people were having build quality problems, looks like they took it off.

Denso long life is the only one there

Could you tell me if it's difficult to change plugs, with the air cooler on top of engine, etc? I suppose that it has to be disconnecte4d and removed?

Any reference would be appreciated.

Why were you changing the plug? From the info you provided your RDX is still under warranty. You need to go back to the dealer and have the service department check your engine out for leaks, loss of compression, etc. If you have problems communicating in English ask if someone there speaks your first language.
