Where is the XM Tuner?

Where is the XM Tuner?
I am looking to disconnect the XM Tuner so that it doesn't bleed into the ipod integration kit I installed on my 2008 RDX. Can anyone tell me where the XM Tuner is located to trn the power off to that?

Is it easy to turn off the XM Tuner

Nope. Its behind the glove box. Removal is needed.
