Hello guys, just wanted to share about an issue i recently had with my 2015 2.4L ILX. While crawling underneath the car to perform an oil change i noticed oil around the rear motor mount and all along the right side of the engine just rear wards and above of the under drive pulley. Took the car imminently to acura so they could see what is going on. I purchased the car as a certified used car so i was confident that something like this was not normal and would be covered under warranty. After they took a look at it they confirmed that there were two oil leaks, crank shaft oil seal and the Timing chain tensioner cover.

They resealed the timing chain tensioner cover with honda bond and replaced the crankshaft oil seal. Covered under warranty which i was very happy to hear. I will keep an eye on it to see if i notice leaks from the same spot and hope they did a good job fixing it.
