vibration @ highway speeds

Hi All. I have a fair amount of "General" automotive knowledge, but it always seems to be something strange that comes my way so bear with me. Ride in question here is a 2019 ILX with about 40-K miles. We were on our way back to Missouri from Gulf Shores and I noticed a slight pulsing vibration when on the highway. By pulsing I mean it would vibrate in a rhythm of about a 1/2 second vibration and then a 1/2 second with no vibration. Needless to say this scenario leaves a on and off vibration happening about every second. I hear bad things about this VCM system that Honda uses (or used), but don't think they used that anymore and don't think they ever used it on 4 - cyls....???? Has anyone else had this vibration situation? One note......the only thing different between our drive down to Gulf Shores and our drive back was that I had to Slime the driver's side back tire due to a slow leak. I know sliming isn't preferred but I was in a pickle. I also know that slime can/may/will cause a balance issue, but I don't think this vibration is constant enough for an out of balance situation as tire vibration is "usually" constant, but not sure bout that one. Any input would be appreciated.......THANKS!!!

Hi, it could be the slime or maybe a weight fell off the wheel. Not sure how the slime sits in the wheel once its injected in there but its a high possibility. I would drive my car back from track days and the there would tire chucks stuck to the inside of the rim and that was enough to create the steering wheel to pulsate at higher speeds.
