So simple man! Love the build so far.
Thinking about doing a reflash? would be nice to get some performance mods
ill eventually have to get the Hondata reflash but that won't be until i get the supercharger. i wanna do it all at once, CT-E supercharger, aftercooler, down pipe, and hondata reflash.
i would probably offer $150 and see if he accepts and then go up from there. i remember i didn't buy it at his asking price. i was worried they were gonna be fake just cuz they were so cheap but they turned out really good. it was worth the gamble since they usually sell for $150 a piece and this was a pair!

changed out the rear 14kg spring that came with my godspeed coilovers with 10kg swift springs. much better for daily driving! and it gave me better adjustability with the height that i wanted. it gave me about 1/2 an inch of drop at the back which i wanted.
second update.
ever since i got the car it bothered me that the sun visors were a cheap plastic. even a hyundai elantra came with cloth ones. so when the 2016 models came, thats one of the updates that i knew i wanted to do. its not a 100% color match but i can deal with it.
You swapped out the 14k for 10k? Was 14k the softest Godspeed had? Wouldnt the rear bounce a lot more now?
Did you know you were going to do that before hand or not until you felt how the godspeed 14k felt?
What are the front spring rates?
When I purchased my ISC coils the options were 12/8 for the sport springs and 14/10 for the track prep. I wanted the 14/10 but they were back ordered so I went with 12/8 with the struts set to their stiffest.
When I go to rebuild my wheels Ill really need to look into getting stiffer spring rates.
Ill have to look into the swift springs.
When you purchased yours do you need to know the measurements of the spring itself or just search under your vehicle? I see they dont have an option to buy directly from them... do they?
Id probably want something like 16/12 or 16/14 but not sure if the struts valving made for the 12/8 could handle it. I do have them set to pretty damn stiff. But Id bet ISC uses a completely different strut for their 14/10 set up let alone a 16/14 set up.
In the future I plan on going with bags. But in the mean time it would be so much nicer to swap out the springs!
Also, if new swift springs would allow for half an inch lower in the front I would be super happy as my front is maxed out and the rear still has like half of inch play yet its already slightly raked with the front sitting slightly lower.

the softer rear spring rate did not my the rear bouncier at all. it did the opposite.
godspeed offered lower spring rate coilovers, 8kg front and 10kg rear. at the time i thought i would be ok with the higher spring rate. but as time went on, it was just too stiff. my original settings were 10kg front 14kg rear. which was a bit too harsh for daily driving for my taste. i contacted godspeed and they suggested, if i wanted, to swap out the rear springs for a lower spring rate but no lower than 10kg because the shocks will blow if they were any softer. they also told me what the spring size was so i could compare them to swift springs.
you have 12kg front and 8kg rear?? thats odd if you do. thats usually what RWD vehicles would have, if you had those settings for a FWD car it would cause you to understeer going into corners. either you have a balanced spring rate or a stiffer rear for an ideal FWD set up to make the car rotate around a corner.

No. That is just how ISC advertises their rates I guess.
Spring rates are typically as follows for the Acura models: Street Comfort 10/6 Street/Sport 12/8 Track/Race is 14/10.
Regardless. Id want to go stiffer all around as I like how the car handles just wish it was a tad stiffer.
A lot of people in different model cars suggest increasing spring rates by -/+ 2 only so to not blow the struts. So maybe Id just go 14/10 then as mimic the track set up ISC makes. Ultimately Im interested if the front springs ar e half an inch shorter as you found the swift springs were for you because my fronts are maxed out while the rear has half an inch still.

might wanna hit up ISC if they sell those springs separately, if not ask them what spring size it is and you can get some from swift.
my rears actually would've gone down even more than half an inch but i adjusted the collars to my preferred ride height.

Id rather run swift springs. Not looking to support isc in any way. Huge headache with buying these coils and after 9 months still havent sent me any endlinks that fit. Been on my oem endlinks this whole time.
Ill try to contact them for the spring size. Hopefully they dont ignore me like they do the sponsor i bought them from.
