Interior peeling
Does any one know of a way I can fix this issue ? The paint had been peeling off of the center console. I think it may have been the air freshener I sprayed in the car because that’s the only thing I did before walking back out in the morning and seeing it all bubbled up. Please help. I’m ALMOST willing to pay whatever. But let’s be real it’s a entry level car so I’m not gonna go to crazy. I just want my B B B B baby back lol 😫 somebody help

Buy the part off ebay and swap it out , from the looks that car could use a major detailing job anyways. This gives you an opportunity to clean out whatever stinks. I don' use air freshener is my cars. Never needed even with kids because nothing is allowed in lol

Lol thanks. Car doesn’t “stink” lol I smoke so I sprayed it so it wouldn’t smell like smoke. The detail wasn’t the question either. Only the peeling from the air freshener landing on the surface. Thanks anyways.

I hung felt that I bought at a hobby store in my trunk and soak it with candle fragrance oil. I love the tropical smell.

@justnspace thanks man. I have a 2014 ILX. And yeah I used blunt effects. Which they now say it isn’t for the car even though that’s how it’s advertised everywhere. Smh. Thanks though I’m gonna check it out now.

i researched the oil after reading this thread. it is an oil. the brand wont say what kind of specific oils, only perfume essential oils.
reading the FAQ's, says not to use in cars...should only be used in a large room that is well ventilated. so, kind of like an essential oil that is sprayed or heated to make a room smell good.
reading the internet, pot smokers dont even use this...contaminates their hands and possibly ingesting when smoking, as their contaminated hands are then used to break up the marijuana contaminating the weed.
