Hi 2015 Acura ilx with halogen headlights.

How can i change the bub for the orange parking/turning signal light bulb? 100% cant from the hood bay.
Do i need to take the wheel fender liner off ? thats how it is on my honda accord but found no thread here to confirm that

 

the turn signal is LED and not replaceable, the side marker is a 168 and is replaceable but I haven't tried to swap it.

 

I'm pretty sure you're wrong. OP has a 2015 which does NOT have the LED headlights. 2016 and forward changed to the jewel-eye LEDs.
