wow, looks great! That TLX-esque bumper gives the car so much more motion. I also like what you did with the lower stance

 

The lower stance comes from the bigger wheels and lower side skirts and bumpers. I didn't adjust the height of the car at all. Just made it look lower and more aggressive.

I'm anxious to see what Acura has in store exterior design wise for the ILX MMC.

 

I like these better.

I wish Acura had more shots with two ILXs in it. This one was fun. Need more front + rear in the same shot.


My 2016 ILX I chopped a month or so ago.

Didn't change much
Front fascia (rlx lower bumper crossed over the ilx lines, and tlx prototype corners mixed with rlx jewels broken up by the silver accent piece the ilx already has, and an extended grill with chrome accent)
Rear fascia (led tails, chrome accent on the trunk and between the quad tips, and extended oem bumper)
Stock wheels made larger wider and darker. Both cars slightly lowered.

Yes it would be nice but then again I like starting new threads for a new 'shop. It loads quicker and it is less mess. Give it a few weeks, this thread won't even be on the first ILX page anymore like the rest.

Ok well I wasn't be sarcastic at all there.. You are the one who always has a problem with an extra thread laying around somewhere in the ILX forum. Sorry, I didn't realize you ran this side of Acurazine.

But yeah if a mod want's to, they can move all my threads into one, or get rid of the old ones. I just made a new one because it's fresh and loads quicker for people.

I'm just saying we don't need all these threads here. I actually use this forum for info since I own an ilx. You simply post chops, which I love looking at, but I'm tired of digging through 4 pages when the majority of threads are pointless.

If I was a mod I would just merge all your threads into one and probably sticky it so you dont have to search for it. Id post my own chops there as well so we dont keep making threads. Im not competing with you. Collaboration is far more important. Work with me here dude.

Im not trying to tell you to go away or not to post or start a fight with you. I enjoy your chops. I probably wouldnt get on photoshop half as much without seeing your work.
Im just asking you to be a little contentious of the users here who need the info for the car they own.
