I have 16 ilx, I can turn the heated seats on and they stay on for a few minutes and then quit heating. Is there any way to make them stay on as long as the switch is on? Is there a safety switch or something I can bypass? They way they work now really makes them useless to me.

 

The heater has an electric thermostat that turns off the heater at high temperatures, first you need a diagnostic to find out that the problem is in the thermostat, and not in the main relay that turns on the heating.
