That bad eh...
That's funny you say that because I had a coworker who had a SRX. We have big parking spaces at work, but she'd park it at 30 degrees.. rear wheel on the line, front wheel on the adjacent line. She drove a couple of times when we went out for lunch.. the whole time I was like.

"transporting me"
She drives decently...but she makes poor decisions at times (because only looks directly in front of her car) and doesn't have the foresight for avoiding the stupidity of other drivers. I'd be worried about her in a car with serious power. Great plan though...she does think they are gorgeous!
She is great with parking it well and away and on a corner spot to avoid door dings though...I'm proud of her for that!

I used to think Majofo was an ass hole too... until I realized he's come across more dipshit users, stupid questions and hapless "build" threads to not be the way he is. He gives tough love but he can also be a formidable resource. Just don't take the Internet too seriously, lol.
back to the ILX at hand- I myself would have went with lightweight 18s. But that's because I like romping in and out of corners and having a lighter and more responsive steering feel. some like to drive slow and look gangster. Others like to haul ass. To each their own!

Thanks for your opinion, but anyone with good taste is this referring to your taste? So pretty much your opinion and your taste is what people should be measured by? And about the car being slow, what can I say I still cant afford a fast car and neither can you hahahaha so get your head out your ass. who are you again?
#452
everyone's tastes are different ill give you that. im just a casual observer here. i have a reasonably quick car in the garage i drive on occasion. built boosted 350z moderate boost at 525whp+. my HKS 1000cc injectors along probably cost more than your wheels. 2010 RL is my beater.

its terrible. my launches are bad with this car. the coilover setup is way too stiff and i cant get the car to squat off the line. i have to baby it lol. its traps 126 to 128mph through the quarter mile. with the right suspension setup and driver it could squeak into the high 10's with moderate boost. working on getting a tune for 18 psi should be good for mid 600whp.

Nexx, I call BS on this car being yours... there's no toast or stick of butter in the photo
For some reason, I always thought you had an NSX
either way, nice ride!
Ragde, do you get snow where you live? When and if you ever take those 20s off, you'll notice your car feels like a go cart again. It will just feel nimble. For some reason, you don't really notice it that much when you go from a lighter wheel to a heavier wheel, but you totally feel it when you go the other way.

Hey jon why dont you enlighten me on what real wheels are? Do you understand what machine is needed to do a centercap? do your research before you sound like an idiot. Your wheels cost 800 bucks

Wow Thanks for your irrelevant reply, I guess ill join the fun. I am still in school while your ass is not earning a degree, I'm not going to judge you but your instagram acting videos need work certainly you can go back to school and earn that degree but youll probably fail. Lets not forget how you first came in the forums so lost and asking advice from everybody and now you are talking shit tsk tsk. you even messaged me about the ilx wallpaper and ask how i was doing and said god bless you. Lmao i hope you're not a man of god, because you should be punished from him, but since i am, I wont wish that, I hope that he forgives you for your acts. I dont have anything else to say to you because you're irrelevant and wasting my time and everyone else in these forums, and there is nothing that you can say to me simply because I am not phased.
PS thanks for helping me get that picture up, and God bless you!

Jon used to think Vossen weren't real wheels. Then Mike Chan proved him wrong.
I understand lighter is nice, and there's too small, and too big...but in the end, if it rolls straight, looks cool, was in my budget...I don't see a problem with buying most wheels. I don't really like XXR's but that's because I have a few actual friends that have experienced the paint peeling and numerous cracks with normal driving.
There's no such thing as an original idea!

LOL...because she's the one that started it all! It's not just you, it's all of us! I'm 36...
10-2PM, but it's not a hard stop/start. I'll probably try and get there even earlier, still to secure a spot.
