I saw in the latest CR that the 650 was rated as the best TV. Rounding out the top three were the 750 and the 950.

Settings...the settings from cnet are pretty good.

Nice work Scrib, looking good. I prefer the slightly rounded bezel of the 650 vs 750.

Is that a 52" or 46"? lol I think the TV cabinet makes it look smaller or maybe it's just the pics. The TV cabinet compliments the speakers really well. Nice clean install.


How do you like the TV? Impressions so far?

Jonesy... It's the 52. So far, it's amazing. Even teh wifey likes it. :omfg:

Looking forward to getting the pellet stove in on Saturday. Then things will be complete!

Get the speakers off the wall!!!

My neighbor has the 46" 650 series. Nice pic, after I helped him with the Cal- he's color blind, and I couldn't bear the rest of his family suffering with that. It's crazy how far LCD has come- even just 3 years ago the picture looked like ass. Now... well, it's easier to see why Pioneer had to bow out.

Started with some AVS calibration settings and tweaked form there.
