Philips sent me the wrong tv should i keep the one they sent me or get the one i originally ordered? the model# on the sticker doesn't match the tv

I ordered this 37" LCD (model# 37mf321d)

I looked at the tech specs and honestly I can't tell the difference, besides they look different. If anything its the number of inputs, but the one you got seems to have more than the one you bought, I couldn't find clear information. All in all, I think you made out good, not worse.

 

All else being equal the one you got is better looking by far. It may be a model supercession - I'd keep it unless there's something unique about the other one that you wanted.

 

I bet they have the same LCD panel. So you have to ask yourself if you like black or silver and if you want your speakers on the sides or the bottom.
