Wireless Light Switches

I have two doors to my back yard each with a light on its own switch and circuit. I'd like to find a way to control both lights from either switch (meaning, when one switch is set to on both lights turn on).

I'd re-wire the lights so that they're on the same circuit, but I don't feel like tearing up the walls just yet (no attic space).

I've seen sets of wireless 3-way switches, so I'm wondering if there is a setup that'll do what I want. Two switches that share their state with each other. So, when one switch changes state, the other switch matches the condition...without special wiring, of course.

Does anybody know what I should be looking for?

How far apart are the doors? Have you thought about motion sensors?
