Updated pics of the house ***56K, no!***

I finally got around to taking a few pics around the house today.

Here's a before shot, just before we moved in:

Almost 14 months later, we've come a long way.
  • 1,200 yards of sod
  • Irrigation system
  • 400 patio blocks and bricks
  • 78,000 pounds of rock, blocks, and bricks
  • 8 trees
  • Numerous perennials and shrubs
  • One tired Scribby

Wow that looks great. You did all the work yourself? I love your lawn.

I am also impressed that you use the garage to store your cars and not junk.

cali thing? pretty common around here for houses not to have fences...even brand new million dollar + houses don't seem to have them.

Would you mind if I asked how much it cost for the rocks and how much it cost you for the deck? The rocks clean up the appearance of the whole property. Great job!

Freaks me out too. Here in Florida the new homes dont have fences either. In Cali and AZ you always got a fenced backyard.
