TV in window frame?

Anyone ever built a tv into a window frame so that you can watch tv outside? I have a projector but the set up and tear down piss me off.

What I am thinking is to buy a thin little LCD place it at the top of the window and then sheet rock it so it just looks like 1/2 a window.

Terrible idea? Any experiences?

Interesting idea. Do you have a pool or something out there?

Addicted much?

I have no idea, but my initial thought is that it will look really weird.

I have a large deck and Spa. We spend a ton of time outside and it would be mainly for football season.

Beats paying $4K for the weatherproof tv.

^ In that case, I'd probably just keep with the temporary projector set-up that you already have.

I'd stick with the projector. It is only once a week you have to deal with it. That shit would look weird in a window
