That's a lot better than me. I eat it all. Pork and beef rocks. I make a killer coffee rubbed pork chop.
It's tough when my mom comes to visit though. She hardly eats any meat at all. I have found a killer BBQ chicken recipe that she'll have though.
BTW - hopefully you guys invested in a really good hood for your stove. Curry smells are impossible to vent. Our old place has a really crappy vent and did nothing for the smell. The new house has an awesome vent so we don't have any issues.

I'm OK with an electric power washer. I'll be buying one later this year and I doubt it will be gas powered. I would use the damn thing a handful of times a year....no point dealing with the gas.
#698
No doubt man. I thought about buying electric for the same reasons.
But inevitably you're going to run across a job that demands a bit more...powah. Hopefully that will get you by.

Chad, I hope it will suffice
Ravi, The AR112 is 1500psi and put out 1.58gpm as compared to 1.1/1.2 gpm for other washers....which means it is putting out more water....
until now I have taken my car for wand washes and I am assuming they are rated at more than 1500psi....I am thinking of buying couple tips....more likely a 40deg tip which will "spray" the water as compared to "stream" it....also this one comes with an adjustment knob, not sure how well that works LOL

first off, I would like to thank Matt to introduce me to this product...Then Majofo to convince me to get this product....wifey to take the pix
I think this was a very very simple product to apply....Here are the steps:
PREP
1> Move everything out of the garage
2> Broom the garage
3> Wash the garage and look for places where water beads up
4> Hit those places with a degreaser (I bought the degreaser at Home Depot and not from Ucoatit)
5> Wash the garage again and make sure water doesnt bead
6> In a pail, I put around 4 gallons of water and 1/2 gallon of Muriatic acid - (I bought the Muriatic at Walmart and not from Ucoatit)
7> Wash the garage with muriatic acid....dont keep the acid on the floor for too long or it will discolor the floor
8> Repeat this step
APPLICATION
9> Now you are ready to apply the ucoat
10> Clean the pail and mix the contents
11> Start painting, the floor
12> Keep tossing the iron oxide as you go if you want non slip surface
Onto the pix:
Done with Base Coat....I will be applying a top coat tomorrow and finally the gloss finish coat on Saturday morning. Sunday is when I will move the stuff back into the garage...
Copy pointers for people who might wanna do it (maybe will save them some $$$)
- This kit comes with everything....you dont need to buy anything. All you need is a hose/nozzle/extension rod....
- I went by what the parts estimator said....I got the extender kit as well. But I think I could have done it without the extender kit. But you guys make your own decisions. I just wanted to put it there that I did almost 675 sq ft of garage and I could have done it without the extender kit. I will confirm once I put the second coat.
More pix to come tomorrow....

Very nice Anil. I'm really interested to read what your thoughts are. My garage floor is painted and it gets slippery when it's wet. Add to that this past weekend Beth's Pathfinder leaked gas in a 2x4 foot section and destroyed the paint. I may be looking into doing something this summer.

Ravi, honestly, I loved how well it went on...it was easier than paint since the floor has to be damp when you roll the base coat on...I put a lot of non slip and I hope that will work and not hurt if i walk around bare feet...
Will definitely let you know how it goes, so you can plan something similar....PS when you order, call them she gave me a 10% discount....

Looking good Anil.
It's all about the prep Ravi. Getting the paint off is gonna be a bitch.
Your best bet might be to sandblast the old paint off, sweep up all the sand and paint residue then acid etch the floor. This product will not bond well to paint.

Cool. My biggest issue is the paint that I have on my floor right now. There is no getting that paint off. I have to see if there is a bonding agent. According to their site it can be applied directly to the paint if it is not flaking.

Thanks. I'll have to look into it.

I wish the house was 210K buddy, I would have bought the neighbors house as well ....not tooo comfy with disclosing the price....on the first post, I was just describing how to calculate "how much you can afford" and how we decided how much we wanted to spend on the house....
Thanks for the complements though Potmilkz
