Contains coupons from Lowes 10%, Budget Rental Trucks 10%, Current Checks, Term Life insurance, DirecTV $500 credit, JCPenney 15%(great furniture), Geico, Comcast Cable, RadioShack $20, Brinks Alarms, Culligan Water, some other moving companies, misc coupons for local food joints, etc.
Called an 'Official USPS Change of Address Kit'.

yeah, most of the other places i had been trying to a get were more brownstone/townhome style... but the guilt of having little or no space for my dog wasn't sitting well.

I am so jealous. My mom is all about Albany. She just moved out of her apartment on S. Swan Street and moved to Rhinebeck, but she wants to get back to Albany asap.
Congrats and I hope everything goes smooth, and very soon you are sitting on that porch smokin a nice cuban!! I am so looking forward to waking up early on the weekends and just "workin on the house!!" Get up at like 6am and go crazy on the house. Hopefully one day soon Ill be where you are.
