Good luck with your project when the time comes.
Thanks,
what is exactly is it that you do? Are you self employed?

Since land is fairly cheap around here I plan on buying a pretty big lot then basically putting as many houses on it I can (reasonably of course). I guess time will tell if that works out or not, however...

I own two businesses, a tire shop and a property development company(I work closely with a large developer downstate), I also sit on the board of directors for a financial consultant.

Where is "here"? are you in this area?? Residentual developing can be a PITA, but when the money starts flowing its comes quick.

you own a tire shop lol now your screen name makes sense.

And no I live about 30 minutes south of Cincinnati in Kentucky. Lands pretty cheap here, but only the half of the county I live on since it's about all farm land. The other half is being developed into suburbs, so that land is pretty damn expensive. Unfortunately it's almost guaranteed to go up on my side though in the next few years when the developments start creeping this way... So I hope to buy up some land as early as possible...
