I've got the animal dyson, bought a refurb about 4 years ago. We have 2 pugs, so we vacuum at least once a week. It fills up the container almost every time. Once a year, all I need to do is take apart the container and hose down the residual dust. Other then that, the thing works like the first day I bought it.

And surprisingly, I havent broken anything on it yet. Its surprising because the whole thing (except for the wand) is made of plastic.

Wouldnt trade it for anything...

I got the dc 16 root6.
I love the thing its pretty quick at charging and quite powerful than my dirtdevil handheld.

I like it alot, haven't broken anything either, but it was a bit pricey.
Got it at wholesale for 100.

Best vacuum I've used has been a Miele, hands down
