Not a hard repair. Hopefully the the damage is concentrated only on the surface. If any of moisture seeped through to the studs behind the wall and there is mold, a mist of bleach and water mix should neutralize the mold. Also, before repairing the whole area needs to be dry. A portable heater should do it.

New beer fridge
And this is a pic I took of the vanity at Lowe's, I actually got this through a private party and saved 80+ bucks

I like it! Is the beer fridge going under the vanity? No? IT SHOULD! You should not have to walk to the regular fridge for beer, and should not be more than five steps from the nearest beer fridge.

Just a small update, I removed my old flood light and replaced it with a dual LED flood light. There was no wiring available when I installed the first light and had to have an electrician tap from the garage door plugs and run a wire outside for me. He ended up having to drill through a steel support I-beam to get the wires routed correctly. This is the first light, it had a black and white video camera that sucked that would record every time it was triggered, but I never used it because it was so grainy. The light continually blew bulbs no matter what wattage I used, and after a while even brand new bulbs didn't work in it.

It had a weird mounting bracket, so that meant that my installation would be a challenge. But I was able to at least make the bracket fit the existing holes

The new light's mounting bracket was designed to mount to a junction box, which I obviously don't have, so it made mounting and stashing the wires a bit of a challenge, plus the mounting screw is expecting to screw into negative space in the junction box, so I had to drill out the mortar to get it to thread correctly, but I got it installed! It's a dual LED Lithonia from Amazon, and costs about 100 bucks.

My buddy has the 3 pod, but has a longer driveway and I knew that I didn't need the brighter one. This thing is SUPER bright, and gave me ridiculous sun spots in my eyes just testing it out, but I love it!

I would have installed a surface mounted junction box like this one: Greenfield 4 in. Round Weatherproof Electrical Outlet Box with Five 1/2 in. Holes - Bronze-RB25BRS - The Home Depot
and then install the light on top of that
and then install the light on top of that

So, it's been just over a year since I finished my yard, and last month I attacked the spotty grass inside the fenced in part of the yard. It was very patchy due to the dogs playing and peeing, as well as a bunching up of the straw that they put down over, and other issues like my buddy not putting seed down properly when he tried to help fix it. I raked everything down, and hand planted seed in all the big bare patches and my gf helped cover everything with top soil. Just wanted to show some before and after pics, here's the before

Still needs more work, especially the back part, but I call it progress!
