any one have a zero turn mower?

Hey all i was wondering if anyone has any experience with zero turn mowers? My mom is looking for one for the farm and we narrowed it down to a Kubota 25 HP diesel. Any pros or cons, recommendations? thanks

I am a Kubota fan all the way.. I have a 22 HP diesel 4x4 with a bucket and a back hoe. What an awsome machine... I honestly dont think that you need a such a high HP diesel in a movew. Diesels make lots of power when they are put under stress. Cutting glass wont realy get all out of our mover...

But I would highly recommend the kubota, especially if you have lots and lots of grass to cut.

Another good brand is Scag. A lot of lawn services use them up here.. I have used them in the past and have had no problems.

What about Dixie Chopper? From what I read, they are well built to..

Thanks for the help CLean but they guy that used to mowed for us hated his dixie chopper along with the neighbors down the street, they both said they had tons of problems with them (could be just a random thing but...)

GO GREEN!

I think of mowers/tractors a lot like cars. If your buying a Kubota you are not buying the equivilant of a BMW/Acura/Infinity.

I've got 3 of them... all of them are made by Walker. Hands down the best available.

This thing kicks ass! Anyone needing a new mower that has a decent sized lawn get it. Used to take me three plus hours on a riding mower now its under 40 minutes

Put a VTEC sticker on it and you will be down to 30 minutes.
