Wow my head is killing me
So I went to the gym today, to try for the first time HIIT training and I was doing a medium pace on the elliptical for 30 seconds then 1 minute as fast as I can, and about 5 minutes in my skull all around just has this sharp pain, as time goes on my head is feeling better, but what the hell is that about?

You should be doing HIIT the other way around. Go as hard as you can for 30 seconds then at a moderate pace for one minute.
These guys are right...hydration is important here. Eating enough is crucial as well.

Hydration or breathing problems, it sounds like. I get that shit if i strain too much and screw up my breathing rythm.
Say what you want about Stiffy (and there certainly is a lot to say), she knows her shit when it comes to fitness. Not that i think this new girl is her, her smiley:post ratio is wayyyyy too low. Besides, Stiffy has a new group of leghumpers on a Subaru forum. We MIGHT see her around here when Rob gets out, but I doubt it.
