depends on each person but the nutrional content of foods has steadily been decreasing because of over farming, poor soil quality etc.,

I used to take the Centrum performance vitamins. I should probably start again. Although, orange Flinstones > * back in the day.

I do drink a breakfast shake that has a bunch of vitamins and minerals in it. Oh it has 7g of fiber in it too!

The joint compound was recommended to me by a trainer to supplement weightlifting. I'll look into its value for someone my age. And the alpha lipoic I only take during a cycle of creatine.

I started taking a joint compound about 8months after I really began to lift and I recently went off of it for a month and I definately felt a difference. I will stick with it.

Like most vitamins, vitamin D may be obtained in the recommended amount with a well-balanced diet, including some enriched or fortified foods. In addition, the body manufactures vitamin D when exposed to sunshine, and it is recommended people get 10 to 15 minutes of sunshine 3 times a week.

If you lift hard, then I think gluc/chon is going to benefit you. It has with me. Do you see any results from taking it? If yes, then that is what matters.
