is it just me, or is there some sort of logical fallacy going on? I dont know anyone who takes echinacea at a constant rate. In fact, I dont think you're supposed to according to the directions on the bottle. I think its crap.

never taken echinacea. I get sick once every couple years so i'm not really worried

though my mom is under the impression it works for her. she's pretty much crazy so i dont know if she counts hehe.

I take echinacea at the first sign that I'm getting sick-- you know, when you get that first little itch at the back fo your throat. I haven't gotten sick in more than two years. Whether I would've not gotten sick anyway

it does work but people often get shitty stuff so it doesn't work, they don't take enough for long enough, they don't take care of themselves etc., It does work and it works well. ecinacea

From what I understand about echinacea, you have to take it as soon as you start feeling sick. Once you're sick, it's too late.

My Chiropractor told me to take 3 a day in the winter and when I begin to feel sick take 6 a day. I feel it works for me, taken as he mentioned.

none of that stuff really works... thats why the FDA never approves it- and if they dont approve it, its bullshit and it dont work... thats why we have GNC- shit is there to try it out but none of it is approved by the FDA
