Tape for Dumbbells
I usually buy the cheapest one piece cast iron dumbbells. I find that the grips get somewhat slippery as well as pinch my hands.
I was wondering if there is any special tape I can use for the handles. I purchased some hockey tape but thought I should ask here before taping the handles. I don't need the tape ripping and 70 pounds of iron falling on my face.

I have a pair of Nike lifting gloves that I really like. No problems with the dumbbells or barbells at all.
