I may be a fucking porker, but I would never eat any of that shit anyway. Ruby Tuesday's is the devil by the way. I looked up nutrition facts one day because my boss and I were ordering frequently, considering they deliver. NEVER AGAIN. :barf:

The burger is so big it’s served with a steak knife to hold it together and allows for some forklifting as you actually try to eat the thing.

Along with the meat and bread, you get enough melted American and Monterrey Jack cheeses to equal eating four to five McDonald’s Quarter Pounders. Total grams of fat: 141 grams, which CSPI estimates is at least half and maybe three-quarters the unhealthy saturated type.

Holy shit...........

I was just thinking how cheap food would be if they actually sold it in serving sizes instead of biggie sized. I sent it to the fatass next to me and all she had to say was how good all the food looked. She didn't have anything to say about how bad it was. She even went on to say she has ate 6 out of the 8 items multiple times.

Since I started dieting I've noticed people get really annoyed when I bring up how many calories something contains. People either don't want to hear it or simply don't care.

Yeah, she obviously doesn't care. She's at the very least 350lbs. Its funny because she is 3 months pregnat and rubs her stomach and makes comments about how she has gained weight because of the kid. She looks the same to me..........but I'm sure I will hear all about her trying to loose the "baby fat" after the kid pops out.

How about a 123 pounder?
[QUOTE]Weighing in at 123 pounds, this giant burger features an 80-pound beef patty, a 30-pound bun, 12 tomatoes and 160 slices of cheese. Denny's Beer Barrel Pub also throws on a pound each of lettuce, ketchup, mustard and mayo -- and up to five onions.

ehh 141 grams of fat, ill just run another 5 miles....but yea you gotta splurge once in a while to reward yourself. thats my mentality. Subinf's thing made me hungry so I just ate 1/2 a pie of cheese pizza after running...o well...

Again moderation is key, eating at these places every week may be bad, but maybe once every 3 months cant hurt....

^ - I'm sorta like that. When I was in really good shape my weight was between 160-165. I now max out at about 177, though currently below that. Thing is, if I don't do shit, and eat like shit, I don't break 180. I don't feel good physically and get out of shape, but I'm happy I don't balloon up.

I wish I didn't gain anything, but I don't mind the running at all

I think they had the oil too high when they fried 'em. They would look much tastier if they had cooked them properly.
