my weight loss progress

when i started this i was 162LBS which was in November




here i am last week at 138LBS




here i am last night at 137LBS, and no chest hair (fiance wanted it removed)



basically i've been eating low fat, low carb, and high protein. and every 2 weeks i have a huge cheat meal
i've been running 2 times a week for 30 minutes at 5-7MPH
lifting light weight 3-4 times a week

Just noticed the chest hair removal That should account for at least 4 lbs....

idon't like being this small, and neither does she. i'm not trying to put back the weight as muscle. just not really sure how to go about it

all my weights are in my basement. what i have is a bench that can do all positions, preacher curl, dip/pull up station, and a bunch of bars. also have a treadmill

i just need to figure out what i can do to start building up myself

You're NOT trying to add it back as muscle?

You're at a very good point to start eating huge and lifting hard. Follow the routine in the workout sticky, and eat a lot. It'll do you well.

i need to learn to proof read before it sumbit

i DO want to gain muscle back
