natural sleep aid?

I am looking for advice on an herbal sleep aid. lets skip the dietary 'glass of warm milk' suggestions if we can. I am not looking to take drugs either.

I use a product called "Sleep" from Amerisciences. This stuff works GREAT.

I ordered some biotest ZMA, and some Alpha Male as well. I also have some symptoms indicative of low testosterone, so hopefully I will see some improvement with these two supps.

Melatonin, but studies have shown that taking melatonin when you're under 30 years old doesn't have as much effect as when you're over 30.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say drugs...are you talking about all sleeper medicines or just the Scheduled products?

The most commonly used sleeper in the hospital is the equivalent of Benedryl (diphenhydramine). Take 25 or 50 mg and most people are off asleep. Obviously over-the-counter and pretty safe.

Sex works for me too...best sleeper out there

well Its been slow with the ladies so that isnt always an option... and I dont like to have them in the bed anyway, so when Im done I usually take them home and Im still awake. part of the low t-levels is decreased sex drive... so I dont even feel like macking ho's, its weird.

Im gonna give the alpha male some time to kick in and exercise earlier in the day, take my ZMA and see what happens


I also used to always eat before bed, sometimes a lot.. I cant stand going to bed hungry... but I have to cut that out
