Jumping Jacks are great!

I just did 200 jumping jacks. I always thought jumping jacks looked soooo stupid, so I never did them. I however like exercise, so there was this conflict I experienced where I wanted to do jumping jacks, but I just couldn't bring myself to do something that I thought looked so stupid. So I went in my room, closed the drapes, and started doing them. After about 15 of them, I felt stupid even though there were no people watching me. My brain was automatically imagining what I WOULD feel like if people WERE watching me. So I still felt stupid, haha. But I persevered though it and accomplished 200 jumping jacks. Now I feel GREAT! Its one of the BEST exercises. It was worth it.

^2. 2 minute jump rope sets x 5 and you'll definitely feel the burn.

According to the Army, Jumping Jacks are dangerous. Too much stress on hip flexors. I don't think they recommend any more than 50 at one time.

So they call them "side-straddle hops" instead, and they are part of the daily PT regimen.

Aaaaannnnd there is a limit to how many you can do. which is why I specified 50, it might be 100, but there is a limit, doing more is BAD.

Christ I only posted one line, I would have thought you could read it all the way to the end.

I wasn't criticizing your post. It was meant to be sarcastic. Maybe I should have put my post in red text. When I was in, I've literally done HUNDREDS at a time, with no breaks in between. It must be a new regulation.
