Ugh, been hovering between 182-185 the past month

No change in measurements

Not sure how to keep going. Maybe cut more calories again.
Should I be taking creatine? Or?

You drinking a lot of water? Bringing down body fat usually means don't eat sugar. I find that consuming less sweet helps a lot.

you need to lift weights. more muscle mass= increased base metabolic burning of calories at rest. keep doing cardio, add in resistance/wt training...the rest of it should begin to shed off assuming you keep eating clean as well.

good work overall

well on average i consume about 150g of carbs, with a net carbs of about 110g during the day.

protein I've upped to about 80g, just noticed in my logs i was eating around 20-25g before

then again, i don't really track my dinner as that food is made by my mom, so i just portion control that and eat less. so my log isn't entirely accurate

dinner i really think is whats making it very difficult for me, and also weekends. yea yea i know lame excuses.

does this sugar include fruits?

basically i eat a banana and an orange everyday. and then a cup of 0% chobani greek yogurt with the fruit on the bottom.

not including dinner, i average about 70g of sugar, unless i accidentally eat a cookie or candy that's lying around my office.

its funny, i eat it and them im like "ohh no WTF did i just do" its like i eat it without even thinking

i've been trying to pay more attention to this recently thou.

natural sugars dont' count. dont' put junk sugar in your system (processed sugars or high fructose corn syrup, or the sweetners).

I have Greek yogurt for breakfast or fresh fruit. Mid-morning and afternoon, I have a protein shake or eat fresh fruit. If you're not doing this already Matty, this may facilitate portion control at dinner. I also find it keeps my energy up during a typically busy clinic day.

+1 on the yogurt and fresh fruit for b-fast.

I also have barley-grass juice too. Keep at it, Miz...consistency is the key!

Finally moving again.

178

Once I get to a consistent 170 I think I'm gonna make some changes and start to bulk up.

But I don't want a crazy body building body
