been stuck the past month hovering around 176.
that cruise for 2 weeks at the end of april/beg of may really screwed me up.. been so hard to get back into my exercise routine. eating has been ok thou.
at least i havent gained any weight thou.
enough is enough, time to get back on track!

Been stuck hovering around 174lbs since I got back From my cruise may 13th

Hmmm what's the best way to cut fat? My weights the same but I gained like 1.5" on my waist!
Only thing I've changed was drinking coffee w/ 2tbsp half and half and 2tsp brown sugar (gonna cut this) and 10oz of fresh fruit in the afternoon.
What else? Up protein? Cut carbs? Work out on empty stomach? Lift weights?

yes. try to cut off as much sugar and carbs as you can. when you eat your meal, eat more often but eat less. eat like every 2 and a half hours to 3 hours, but eat smaller portion then you normally eat. it might be hard at 1st but you will get used to it and also, by doing that , you dont have to work out so hard . Also dont eat before you go right to bed, let the food go into your system and let it burn an hour or 2 before you go to bed. then when you are sleeping your body won't have to burn the excessive fat thats in your body. And you will lose weight. i normally lose 3 pounds by just getting my 8 hours of sleep and not eating 2 hours before i go to bed.

I'm supposed to be eating close to 300cals each meal.
I started on August 20th AT 23% body fat. 180lbs.
Sept 20th I was 21% body fat at 170lbs.
I also was working out pretty hard. Doing High intensity crossfit type workouts
no red meat, (pork, even tho white, is considered fatty)
