Do you have one and do you use it if you do?

Yes, sometimes. My firm owns the building we occupy, and we have an exercise room in the basement with the basics of controlled weight equipment as well as a batch of treadmills and a set of free weights. I used it a lot before moving into an apartment building that has a small exercise room, and it is more convenient for me.

Our firm thought the investment in an exercise room was an appropriate proactive statement about preventative health, and the room is well-used, even on the weekends. Subscriptions at good gyms are expensive, so we've essentially given folks a "perk" that is worth a fair amount, even though we don't have all of the trappings of a large fitness center

Yes all the time. It will probably be more often after my knee surgery, use it for rehab.
With racquetball once a week or so.

They have alot of cardio equipment , cybex machines and a completely separate room for free weights. There is also a indoor basketball court, 2 racquetball courts, 2 outdoor tennis courts another basketball court and a soccer/baseball field.

When I was at MCI, we had one. I used it everyday after work. Nobody else would use it either. I basically had the whole gym to myself. Too many fatasses in that office.

Unfortunately, my new office is leased and the company doesn't own the building like MCI did.

Yup. It's decent. Kinda small, but has most everything you need.

We offer a ton of trendy "fitness courses" like jazzercise and yoga that are of no interest to me.

I work out of the home office for the past 5.5 years so...

I do travel though and find myself at other, satelite offices and check out their gyms. The corporate office gym (Redwood City, CA) is as good as the best gyms in the country. They even have a trap bar. Imagine.

The DC office has a very good gym also. The Orlando office's gym sucks. So I work out depending on the quality of the gym for what I want to do.

Remember, it's better to "stay home" (that is not to work out) rather than do a either a "light" session or an "imcomplete" session (whatever that means).
