I doubt you have to spend money on either one - you shoud be fine if you just get some micronized creatine. Unless of course you really want those specific products.

EAS phasagen HP made me kinda sick, hot flashes and headaches. Stick with the cell-tech or go with liquid form. I heard its the best. Not sure though.

Liquid creatine is junk. Totally and utterly worthless. I don't even think it's sold anymore.

This is a good choice - http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=1533

If you really, really overdose on it and don't drink enough water you run the risk of harming your kidneys. But other than that there's no research to prove it has any harmful effects.

So why get cell tech over other lesser priced brands?

OK, I was unsure if it was a proprietary formula or something. I always thought micronized creatine was the same.

I've used Phosphagen HP for most of my bodybuilding career. It's great stuff, creatine mono mixed with dextrose. Perfect for Post workout.

You mean in the same sitting or just during a particular cycle? These products are fundamentally different. I could not see a reason why taking both at the same time would be bad.

I use TRAC Creatine with the time release formula. I have seen great results in about 2 weeks time. I have put on about 9 pounds and my strength got a decent boost.

If he did 9lbs in 2weeks, I'd say about half of it is from water he added to his diet for the creatine. I do remember hearing about someone who put on 15lbs in a few weeks from lifting hard and eating a lot of food.

15 lbs in a few weeks just seems too sensational - I wonder how much was water/muscle/fat? I could add 15 lbs in 2 weeks too, but it wouldn't be pretty.
