Excelerate Performance: Ingalls Camber Kits and Engine Torque Dampers

This is an Acurazine Special Sales Event for Ingalls' Camber Kits and the Engine Torque Damper. The pricing event will consist of the Ingalls' Camber Kits for Acura vehicles.

Ingalls Adjustable Front Upper Control Arm Ball Joint

Featuring the lowest profile of any adjustable ball joint on the market. These ball joints replace the non-adjustable O.E. ball joint and are indexed to make accurate installation easy. Ingalls Engineering Company’s patented adjustable ball joints have ample stud travel to eliminate binding. They also include a larger stud base and heavy-duty boot and retainer for long service life.

Ingalls SmartArm Rear Adjustable Lower Links (Rubber) Replaces Both Lower Arms. ONLY Honda/Acura kit that properly adjusts camber and toe!

Newly redesigned, SmartArm Links feature forged steel ends for maximum strength. Most can be installed either on the left or right side of the vehicle (depending on application) with an adjustment range from -2° to +3° depending on the application.

A self-contained elastomeric shock that mounts on brackets between the engine and the chassis. It reduces extreme engine movement and dampens the motion, providing many benefits:

- Greatly improved off-the-line acceleration
- Reduced wheel hop
- Improved vehicle stability
- Reduced shock loads on driveline components
- Smoother shifting
- Reduced wear on exhaust system joints
- Less vibration transmission to the driver compared to polyurethane motor mounts.
- Less shock load, compared to torque straps and chains.
- Drifting – helps reduce shock loads when wheels gain traction.
- Reduces motor movement – decreases the chance of motor parts rubbing against the hood and frame.

*38725 for Vehicles with un-equal length arms, 38720 for vehicles with equal length arms.

In order to determine what camber kit you need it is best to have an alignment first so that you can determine how much your camber is off. Ingalls recommends certain part #'s based on ride height drop. Therefore we recommend part #'s based on specific ride height drops, but it is not definitive nor 100% accurate. Therefore it is the responsibility of the consumer to determine what kit they need.

I'm also interested in a kit for the Rear Camber for my '05 Base TL. Is the sale still going on and if so is the price listed on your website the sale price?

How does this compare to the Spc/Eibach version?

Thanks,

The website price is the sale price. The Ingalls rear kit for the 3rd gen TL includes 2 arms: 1 for camber and 1 for toe.

http://store.excelerateperformance.c...5/i-60220.aspx

You need a qty of 2 of these.

Ah I think I got you now, I didn't know the Ingalls kit are 2 separate arms so the Spc is only the single arm? I know there are 4 arms back there the Upper, Lower, Control and Trailing arms. So I'm assuming the Ingalls replace arms 'Upper' for Camber and 'Lower' for Toe on the rear correct?

I will be installing Tein Basic's shortly and already have Spc front, and wanted to get the rear shortly.

It's the 2 rear arms. Take a look at the instructions to see more specifics.

Hey,

Do you sell the custom brackets to mount the ingall td behind the rear mount by itself? (I already have the TQ dampener. )I saw in a post that you had it for the TL. I wanted to know would it work in the accord. I know Sean had something similar, but he hasn't been responding. So just let me know what you got.

Thanks,

Ken

I'm not sure if it fits on the Accord. However, we could sell the bracket separately for $100.

If you have less than +1.5 to -1.5 degrees of camber you want part # 35590 (qty of 2).

If you have -1.5 to -3.0 degrees of camber you want part # 35591 (qty of 2).
