Passed the etest today after I was convinced that I would fail.

I decided to take her out for a spin last night. I got in and she didn't have enough CCA's to start so I boosted it with my other car and while I was removing the cables from the other car....the cables touched and shorted out the TL.

When I got the TL running again I needed to put in the nav and radio code so I thought my ECU was wiped clean.

Anyways I passed, best $33.75 I have spent in a while.

Yea it is until month's end. I'm putting up in storage until march and then relist. If I don't get what I'm asking for it I'll just keep it.

I'll tell you one thing, after not driving it for awhile then driving it, it feels like the first time again.

 

^ it's so true. I go through that every spring. going from a 1.6L automatic to a 3.2 supercharged and i'm in love all over again.

A lot of the old-timers have moved on.. and the new gen 3G TL owners are either the VHT Nightshading their taillight types, or a bunch of 5AT base's that would rather discuss their ebay trunklip spoilers or the colour of their LEDs than doing anything substantial. Honda/Acura scene has fallen off, one last summer and its time to move on.

 

Makes me pretty sad but this is true. I've been seeing some peoples rides on FB with ez lip add ons, tinted tails, gay as fuck rims n people are loving it..this shit is GAY, wtf has the TL become now? so much for class.

 

It is a shame but Did you know that the TL is the the new Integra to the new guys that's why some of us still keep the TL classy

 

That is where the differentiation comes in. That is how you spot the 2. No matter what car you buy, people will rice the shit out of it. Be it a civic or a GTR or any other exotic.

With more expensive cars its less often because people are usually smart, but it does happen. Seen those lamborghini crew somewhere in Asia that runs LEDs top to bottom, bumper to bumper?

It would be weak of me if I start selling my car and move on to something else if a bunch of kids start ricing them out.

 

I see more ricey TL's than TSX's. I should have bought a TSX.

Integra is and would be always classy no matter what you do to it. I'm sorry ain't the best Front wheel drive car ever made for no reason. And whats up Gentlemen? I mean they still got men in here right?

 

The TL seems to suck it in well

If I am doing the math right, the wheels are 9.5 +15 and I have 15mm spacers/adapters all around. The front doesnt rub at the moment by rears do. I still havnt got my fenders rolled in the back so will be doing that this week/end and will change tire size from 215/25 to 225/40 (Ventus v12)
